1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing lead.vividconsultancygroup.com or purchasing any VCG programme, course, or membership, you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. About us

Vivid Consultancy Group Limited (“VCG”) is a leadership development and behavioural consulting firm registered in Trinidad and Tobago. We deliver leadership programmes, courses, masterminds, and membership services to professionals and organisations across the Caribbean.

3. Programmes and courses

All programmes, courses, and masterminds are delivered virtually unless otherwise stated. Session dates, times, and access links are communicated via email after registration is confirmed.

Participants are expected to:

Obtain any required reading materials before Session 1
Attend sessions prepared to participate actively
Respect the confidentiality of fellow participants
Treat all facilitators and participants with respect

VCG reserves the right to remove any participant from a programme without refund if their conduct is disruptive or disrespectful to others.

4. Payments

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Payment is required in full before access is granted to any programme, course, or membership.

For bank wire transfer instructions, contact us at training@vividconsultancygroup.com before completing your registration. Wire transfer registrations are confirmed only after payment is received and verified.

All payment transactions are processed securely through our payment partners. VCG does not store credit card or bank account details.

5. Refund policy

Due to the nature of our digital products and the limited cohort sizes of our programmes, all sales are final.

If you are unable to attend a cohort after registering, contact us at training@vividconsultancygroup.com as soon as possible. We will work with you to transfer your registration to a future cohort where availability permits.

Refund requests will not be considered after Session 1 of any programme has been delivered.

6. Vivid Leader Circle membership

The Vivid Leader Circle is a recurring monthly membership billed in USD.

Founding member rate: USD 47 per month, locked for the life of your membership provided your subscription remains active
Standard rate (from September 2026): USD 97 per month for new members

You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period.

If a founding member cancels and wishes to rejoin at a later date, the founding rate is no longer guaranteed and the standard rate will apply.

7. On-demand courses

On-demand course access is granted to the individual purchaser only and is non-transferable. Access is provided for the lifetime of the course on our platform, subject to the course remaining available.

VCG reserves the right to update, revise, or discontinue course content. Where a course is discontinued, reasonable notice will be provided to existing purchasers.

8. Intellectual property

All course content, programme materials, video recordings, written resources, DISC reports, and any other materials provided by VCG are the intellectual property of Vivid Consultancy Group Limited or its licensors.

You may not reproduce, distribute, share, resell, or publicly display any VCG content without prior written permission. This includes screen recording or sharing of any live or recorded session.

Maxwell Leadership materials are the intellectual property of the John Maxwell Company and are used under licence.

9. Confidentiality

VCG mastermind and group coaching sessions operate on a principle of mutual confidentiality. What is shared in the room stays in the room.

Participants agree not to disclose the personal or professional information shared by other participants in any session.

10. Disclaimer

The content delivered in VCG programmes is for professional development and educational purposes. It does not constitute legal, financial, psychological, or medical advice.

Results from participation in VCG programmes vary by individual. VCG does not guarantee specific outcomes from any programme, course, or membership.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VCG is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our programmes, courses, website, or membership services.

VCG’s total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific programme or service giving rise to the claim.

12. Website use

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our website or its related systems.

VCG reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to our website or member area for any user who violates these terms.

13. Privacy

Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at lead.vividconsultancygroup.com/privacy-policy. By using our services you confirm that you have read and agree to our Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to these terms

VCG reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will notify existing members and registered participants by email. Continued use of our services after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Trinidad and Tobago.
